The UKVisit Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if your application has not yet been reviewed. This applies when your application status is:

• Incomplete: You still need to provide required information.
• Received: Your form and documents have been submitted, but the review process hasn't started.

2. Partial Refund (75%)

A 75% refund of the processing fee is available if your application is currently under review. This applies when your application status is:

• Reviewed: Your application has been reviewed and is undergoing internal validation before submission.
• Info Needed: Additional details are required from you to proceed with processing.

3. No Refund

Once your application has been sent to the government, refunds are no longer available. This applies when your application status is:

• Waiting on Gov: Your application has been submitted to the government for evaluation.
• Complete or Rejected by Gov: Our service has been fulfilled, and the government has issued a final decision.

If your application is rejected by the government, you will not receive a refund unless Denial Protection was purchased with your order.
